This electronic agreement is between AvitSoft (“Kawunnet”), whose legal details appear below, and the account holder. It takes effect when both separate boxes are selected.
2. Service
Offline Free is accountless, device-only and limited to three accounts. Pro requires an active subscription and internet, and enables unlimited accounts, exchange entries, custom currencies, reports/PDF, cloud sync and web access.
3. Account security
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Google account security remains the account holder’s responsibility.
4. User records
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of account, movement, rate and description data. Kawunnet is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.
5. Google Play subscription
Pro renews automatically monthly or annually through Google Play. Store-displayed price, tax, renewal and payment terms prevail. Cancellation is managed in Google Play and access continues until period end; refunds follow applicable law and Play rules.
6. Prohibited use
Illegal activity, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, disruption, reverse engineering and bypassing security controls are prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
Kawunnet software, branding, design and content belong to AvitSoft or licensors. A limited, non-transferable internal-use licence is granted; users retain rights in their data.
8. Availability
Maintenance, security, infrastructure and force-majeure events may interrupt service. Features may change for security or legal reasons; uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised.
9. Liability
Mandatory law remains applicable. Kawunnet is not liable for inaccurate user data, third parties, connectivity or indirect loss. Except intent or gross fault, liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
10. Deletion and termination
Cloud accounts may be deleted in-app or at /account/delete. Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately. Data is permanently removed except mandatory retention; violations may lead to suspension.
11. Privacy
Processing is explained in the separate Privacy/KVKK Notice. Marking it read is neither explicit consent nor marketing permission.
12. Changes
Editorial corrections change revision only. Material changes increase acceptanceVersion and require renewed acceptance before cloud/web access.
13. Law and disputes
Turkish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer venue and protection rules. Competent courts apply to commercial users.
