kawunnet.com is the controller for Kawunnet cloud services; verified rights requests may be sent to support.
2. Data
Pro processes email, Google subject, sessions/security, plan and Play status, accounts, currencies, movements, report filters and user descriptions. Service analytics may store access time, web/Android/demo channel, normalized route, method, HTTP status, duration, random request ID and a safe error code. Request/response bodies, query values, passwords, tokens, cookies, Authorization headers, raw IP, device hostname and full User-Agent are not logged. Acceptance records contain document, language, revision, version, hash, server time and channel—no IP or extra device identifier.
3. Offline Free
Offline Free stores data only in the app-private device area with Android backup disabled. Data reaches cloud only when the user explicitly starts Pro import.
4. Purposes and basis
Data supports contract performance, security, entitlement verification, support, service quality and capacity measurement, error diagnosis, legal duties and legitimate interests under applicable KVKK grounds. Analytics is available only to the authorized administrator. Reading this notice is not explicit consent; marketing permission is separate.
5. Recipients
Railway/PostgreSQL, Google identity and Google Play may process necessary data. Legally required disclosures may be made; international transfers follow applicable safeguards. Data is not sold.
6. Retention and security
Raw access and administrator security records are kept for up to 30 days. Daily aggregates without personal data may be retained to compare service trends. Account deletion removes linked raw analytics and activity records unless law requires retention; anonymous aggregates remain. Access control, encryption, tenant isolation and secure sessions are used.
7. Rights
KVKK article 11 rights include access, information, correction, deletion, recipient notification, objection to automated outcomes and compensation where applicable.
8. Children and changes
The service is not directed to children. Material changes may trigger renewed notice and acceptance. Turkish text prevails.
